D-Groups at First Baptist Hempstead meet for a period of 18-24 months and comprise of 4-5 men or 4-5 women. Groups commit to growing together in the Word of God and in the practice of fulfilling the Great Commission. Three elements are emphasized: Relational Vulnerability, Mutual Accountability, and Centrality of the Truth.
